Aloe vera is the best immune system stimulant, while simultaneously
providing good nutrition.
However, not all aloe is of equal value.
Some years ago, it was discovered that there is an enzyme that starts to
break down the long chain sugars within 30 minutes of the plant being
picked. If this process is not checked within that time, the value of the
aloe declines rapidly.
A freeze dried process was developed that allows the preservation of all the
aloe's value so that you get it all. This results in a light, dry powder,
which can be mixed in a spoonful at a time into any juice.
The advantage of this is that you get 100% aloe vera freeze-dried powder,

Aloe vera barbadensis Miller is the right variety.
Organic is very good.
However, preparation time is critical.
From the moment the plant is cut down, there is a window of 30 minutes
before the enzymes within begin to break down the long chain sugars that are the secret of aloe's power.
So the key to quality aloe is to process it within that 30 minute window. Aloe Essence is freeze dried right on the plantation, within 20 minutes of being cut. That is why it is the best quality product available.

Galactomannans are long chain sugars derived from plants, which have a wide
variety of immune stimulating and protective effects within the body. The
aloe barbadensis plant contains the greatest concentration of acetylated
mannan, which is the most active form. This "acemannan" has been shown to
have many effects in the body, mostly impacting on the gastrointestinal and
immune systems, which are intricately related.
Individuals suffering from immuno-depressive conditions (Epstein-Barr,

I sell ozonated coconut oil and use it in my clinic, and have found it has a nicer texture, less
smelly and is less heat sensitive than ozonated olive oil. The therapeutic effects seem to be if
anything better than OOO. I believe this is because coconut oil has therapeutic benefits of its
own, whether ozonated or not
I dont normally like doing commercial plugs on this list, but there is some info on it on this
