How fast can Candida relapse when breaking from ozone therapy?

Subject: Ear insufflation
Prior to leaving for London about 3 weeks ago, I was doing 5 minutes insufflation in each ear
per day with minimal itching and no noticeable oozing ( only a little "scale" buildup during the
night). I did no insufflations for the 3 weeks. Now, upon returning, I started again doing 5
minutes per day and after 5 days the one ear is oozing like crazy and the other is very much
worse than when I left. Almost to back 6 months ago when I was still suffering from much
itching and oozing after about 3 minutes per day insufflation.
Anyone else find that a 3 week layoff causes such a regression and does this mean that I will
have to continue insufflations daily for the rest of my life? Surely the cobwebs in my head
should have been cleared out to some extent and should not return so quickly? Comments?
experiences? Many thanks.
Best wishes and much love, Ken

Dear Ken,
If the problem that was giving you a discharge before
was candida, then it can grow back mightily in 3 weeks.
When you can do 15 minutes in each ear without a reaction,
I would say that you have it beat. In your case, it would
seem that five minutes is too little at 1/32 l/m for the ozone
to penetrate to everywhere the candida was hiding out.
Best of health!
