Hi Simon;
The current protocols for use of the 'At-Home Kit' are as follows.
This is what Professor Lynch and I teach currently;
Brush with whatever tooth paste you prefer. Rinse. Take a small blob
of the Healozone paste on a finger and smear it over the surfaces of
the treated teeth, or just over all. Then spray into the mouth twice
with the mouth rinse.
Repeat this am and pm, and if possible, after lunch. Inbetween, use
the spray (just two puffs) in addition to above. You are 'loading'
your saliva with all the minerals your teeth need to heal.
As the spray runs out, top up with the rinse bottle.
