Dear John,
Elevated blood sugar levels following an ozone sauna have not been reported
before, to my knowledge.
Your blood sugar is high. You need to take chromium + vanadium sulphate
every day. And gymnema sylvestre to help the islets of Langerhans in the
pancreas regenerate. Take Dolisos homeopathic for diabetes. Take brewer's
yeast daily and sublingual B12. Drink 6 glasses of ozonated water daily.
Eliminate homogenized milk. Do a parasite cleanse. Do a liver cleanse.
Funnel your pancreas and liver when in the sauna.
