MY wife has diverticulitis, She has pain in her back on the left side and
lower stomach. I was wanting to know if doing a colonic would hurt her? I
have a colonic board and also an ozone generator. We are willing to try
anything that may help. If any one has any suggestions we would like your
input. I know that a lot of her problem is stress. We had a son die with
ALS in December. I read all the group letters but never respond. The group
has a lot of good information. Keep up the good work. I understand that
there is a doctor saul pressman am I right?
Thanks C.Wheat

Dear Mr. Wheat,
Diverticulitis is a contraindication for colonics, according to
the therapists I have talked to.
The colon is a series of pouches. When inflamed, they are designed to bulge
outwards, rather than inwards, in order to avoid plugging the bowel and
killing the owner. Over time, a series of these external pouches can
develop, with putrefying material in the pockets. The
absorption of the toxins from these pouches causes pain and more
inflammation.
We have had good success with this problem by doing funneling with ozone on
the abdomen.
Homozon is another way to get at them, as well.
