Dr Pressman,
I have a friend who has fluid filled cysts in her pancrease that cause
her a lot of trouble. Sometimes when she eats the wrong thing (fatty
foods and breads) she ends up in the hospital in such severe pain that
she is on morphine several days till it passes. The medical doctors
have not been able to advise any treatment at all except one exam
after another.
She, through the advice of her morther from Poland, has started urine
therapy. Since then according to CT scan her cysts have shrunk 50
percent. The Doctor was astounded saying that this never happens! He
postponed an invasive exam now for 5 months. He wants to see what
happens to the cysts with another CT before he bothers with this test.
She is having less attacks and less severe. She still can not eat a
variety of food. Chicken soup, cooked veggies and yogurt is what she
lives on and white grape juice which she claims makes her feel so
good but we don't know why. Yesterday she had a minor attack after she
tried making a soup of beef instead of chicken. She takes massive doses
of pancreatic enzymes, costs about $3000 a month, thank god for
insurance on this one. She has been examined for cancer and none has
been found.
I am trying to introduce her to the idea of ozone therapy. Do you
think this could help her?
Whats the best way to get it to the pancreas?
Thank You

Dear Arrow,
First the easy part: the best way to get to her pancreas would be
by funneling on the abdomen (after wetting the skin with a warm wet
washcloth to open the pores). The pancreas is just lower than the rib
cage, a bit to the left of centerline.
The digestive problms sound like liver trouble, not pancreas.
She could try a liver cleanse or two and see if that helps.
The pancreas secretes its digestive enzymes and they enter the common
bile duct. The gallbladder dumps bile salts into the common bile duct,
too. Perhaps the cysts in the pancreas are caused by plugging of the
common bile duct, rather than a pancreas problem per se. Then, with
the duct plugged, the pancreatic enzymes (which are very powerful) are
backed up. To defend itself from being digested, the pancreas may be
making the cysts to defend itself. This makes some sense. So liver
cleanses should clear all that crap, and let things flow properly.
Under this sceanrio, she needs to take pancreatic enzymes for
digestion, since the pancreas can't get its secretions past the plug.
Best of health!
Dr. Saul Pressman
