Dear Mary,
You need an asthma kit (which I sell for $35) to bubble the ozone through
oil. It consists of two containers joined together with silicon tubing. The
first container is empty, with the oil in the second one, which prevents
siphoning oil back into the ozone generator. There is an oxygen mask
attached to the output.
As ozone bubbles through the olive oil, and is changed into an ozonide, C10
H18O3, which has beneficial properties similar to ozone, but which is easier
on the lungs.
This technique is nearly 100 years old. I suspect that it was invented by
Nikola Tesla, who began the Tesla Ozone Co. in 1900. The Sears catalog of
1904 sold a Tesla apparatus for breathing ozone bubbled through oils.
