I just use the funnel that came with Dr. Pressman's generator for my neck. It usually only takes one or two applications to get relief. I don't feel any difference the night I apply it, but feel better the next morning.
For my wife's bad back, and mine, we bought a tupperware container about 6 inches by 4 inches, and drilled a hole in it the size of the tube. We taped a small peice of towel around the containers edge for comfort. Then we sit in a outside lounge chair with straps across the back side. Use a warm wet towel to open the pores, then put the plastic container in the area we want to treat, and lean back into the chair trapping the plastic container there, and stick the tube in the hole from behind the chair, and ozonate until the warmth from the towel is gone and do it again. So about a half hour total. She has 3 compressed disks, and this has helped her quit a bit. She gets a burning pain running down her legs and feet. Usually only one or two applications gets rid of this.
She also uses a table you can hang unside down on too. It decompresses the disks while she hangs.
I go to pubmed.com and put in "ozone therapy" and read about the different applications they use with ozone, and get different ideas on how to apply ozone.
Take Care,
Gaylen
