Epilepsy and ozone therapy

Hi all,
I have a friend who has epilepsy, and he asked if I would pose this question
to the list... is there a way to heal oneself of epilepsy?
Saul, would ozone insufflation in the ears do the trick? Protocol?

Dear Charles,
We had one case in 1993 of a 38 year old fellow with epilepsy
since childhood. His partner bought a generator to self-treat
for HIV, and he began to use it himself, since it was available.
5 minutes per ear daily, and in a year he had no seizures.
He applied for his driving license and was able to get it for
the first time in his life.
By the way, his partner is now HIV negative, hale and hearty.
