Have an infection in my sinuses and the doctor has tried two
different antibiotics. I told him I wasn't going to try and more
antibiotics and would try to cure it myself. Surprise: He said "If it
works, I would like to know what you did. I don't know much about alternate
medicine, and am curious."
Question: Would I be in trouble if I were to put ozonated water (or
ozonated saline solution) in a nose sprayer and spray up my nose? How often
do you think I should repeat the spray?

Dear Erwin,
Theoretically you could do that. But it would be better to
do ozone ear insufflation.
