I have a stubborn sinus disease in the Ethmoids. I just finished my second antibiotic that
didn't help. Can some kind of ozone therapy clear this up?

Dear Robert,
Ozone therapy is very effective for sinus problems.
You can either breathe it bubbled through olive oil, or
you can do ear insufflation.
Take acidophilus to replace the good bacteria killed off by
the antibiotics...

I would think so - that's probably where I saw the most improvement with ozone - with ear
insufflation. My sinuses have never given me a problem since starting nearly a year ago.
Although, I did not have any real sinus problem but it has still got progressively better. Also,
unblocked my ear.
Much love, Ken

Hi,
My friend has a chronic sinus infection. She has taken so many antibiotics
that she is now overrun with yeast. My question is: How can we treat her
sinus infection with ozone instead of antibiotics? Is it safe for her to
breathe it in? How would she use it without breathing it?
Thanks.
Kathryn Gold
Dear Kathryn,
The first thing she needs to do is start taking acidophilus every day.
Ozone could be applied by breathing through olive oil, and
by ear insufflation.
