Anyone notice this effect? Immediately after an ozone sauna I feel
great, but within an hour or two I totally crash and my mind becomes
pretty useless. I was wondering if it was due to loss of
electrolytes, but non-ozone saunas do not seem to have this effect.
I have tried reduced time in the ozone sauna and still notice the
effect after a 10 minute sauna. Any thoughts?
I did not notice this effect in the past, but in the past I was doing
ozone saunas in the evenings. I had to change them to mornings
because they would cause insomnia.
thanks
brian

Dear Brian,
We have seen this before, and were able to reduce this by taking
flax oil. It seems that Omega 3 EFAs are involved in this process.
Best of health!
