Subject: [ozonetherapy] Oozing and itching ears
Hi,
My ear insufflations seems now to have begun the second step of the process:
the oozing and itching, which I should be happy for in a way........but
that's easier said than done, cause I really find it annoying and hard to
endure :o(
I have cut the time and frequency so that I'm now only doing 4 minutes every
third day ( I was doing 15 minutes a day!!! ), even so the day I insufflate
they ozze and itch anyway, allthough it subsides the next day.
Are there any remedies somebody can suggest that might be helpful to placate
this O.A.I. (Oozing And Itching) ?
Can ozonated olive oil be rubed somehow into the ears (the oozing is coming
from deep inside) with good result, or will it just make things worse due to
the ozone it contains?
Juan

AT my worst, I had to cut down to 6 seconds every second day (I did one ear one day and the other the alternate day so I could sleep
on that side and allow it to drain onto a towel during the night - when I could sleep). It has taken me 2 years to get to where I
can do 15 minutes 3x per day but I am thrilled with the results. Stay with it and good luck.
I used to rub a little coconut butter in and around my ears for relief.
Best wishes and much love, Ken

Juan,
Welcome to the Club!
Try a solution of sodium bicarbonate diluted in water. Put some into a small bottle with an eyedropper. It does wonders to
neutralize the bacteria, relieve the itching and sooth the ear. I initially suffered and endured the same symptoms. It WILL pass.
Today I can do 15+ minutes daily per ear if I wish without the weeping and itching....which was unbelievably uncomfortable and
unsightly. A very light coating of pure coconut oil is not only soothing and healing to the outer ear, it will also keep the
external area moist and make easier the removal of builtup bacteria (crusting)
Saul provided me with this simple solution. Saul, am I correct with the mixture's ingredients...its been quite a while since I had
to use the formula.
