Subject: healing

Hello,

I am going to try to answer a couple of emails in one post here for brevity.

People have asked about my healing journey, I will repost what I sent out to the list for you to read. I am always happy to talk about this experience in my life and to share what ever you want to know. In my way of thinking, it is something I can give back to be open and talk about my healing.

So here is the repost first,

I had CFS along with Fibromyalgia for 6 years. I improved a lot with the help of a naturopath, using herbs, homeopathics, and diet elimination. But I was not happy settling for less than 100% functioning.

Then I met Saul and he introduced me to ozone. I started out drinking ozonated water and doing my ears. I didn't feel anything happen for the first 4-6 weeks... so I just merrily continued.... 5 minutes in each ear daily. Then one night after I did it... my ears started to BURN!! They felt so hot and itchy and man did they start to discharge. Well.. that night was miserable and the next day was bad, but I continued.

Finally the discharge and discomfort got to be so bad I had to stop doing ozone every day. So I waited, and when the itching and discharge subsided I would do some ozone in my ears. Then I noticed that I couldn't go 5 minutes anymore. I would feel this burning and a popping while doing it and it go too hot and painful to continue. At it's worst, I could only do 30 seconds of ozone once a week. After 30 seconds the discharge and discomfort was very strong for a week; then it would subside, and then I could insufflate again. I even had to lay a towel under my head at night to keep from ruining my pillow with the discharge.

Eventually, I added vaginal insufflation for 30 mins., funnelling over my liver for 20 minutes and bagging both hands and feet for 30 minutes daily. This really pushed me into the healing crisis and I felt like I had the flu for months.

I persisted and over a number of months things improved. I remember one day being at the mall at 4 pm and thinking "Wow it is 4 in the afternoon and I am not exhausted and in bed!" Then slowly it got later and later in the day before the fatigue would overtake me. Until eventually, it didn't anymore.

Eventually I got to the point where I could do 5 minutes in each ear daily for many days in a row with no problems. I have even done 15 minutes at a time with no discharge. A few interesting things have come from all of this: my lymph nodes, which were plugged, and resulted in a swollen foot for almost 8 years are almost normal, and the foot is now the same size as the other one. When I do ear insufflation now, I can feel it in my eyes, and when I do vaginal insufflation, my nose runs. In fact, when I feel a sore throat or cold coming on, I do vaginal insufflation rather than ear insufflation, since it seems to be so direct for me.

So, in the long run after all that pain and suffering from being sick and from healing, my body is functioning better now than it has in years, I am healthier than before I got sick and I have the most powerful healing tool at my disposal daily. I have a healthy 23 month old girl, who nurses lustily, and is smart as a whip, and so much fun.

It is a hard road, but I hope that if nothing else you get from this that it is worth it and you will be better in the long run. Please don't listen to conventional (non) wisdom that says you can't get rid of it... you can. You just have to be tougher and more determined than it is.

I want to give you a clear picture of how sick I was. I was on disability from work. I would get up late in the morning and have a shower, and then I would have to lie down and rest. I would then get up and blow dry my hair, and then have a rest. I would then make some food and then have to rest. I could not walk a block. I would not cook dinner most nights. I was in constant pain and overwhelmed with fatigue. It was a long slow process. From the day I started with a naturopath until I was well was easily three years. Yes that is 3 years to get well. I was actively sick for 2 years before that and I figure my body was struggling for a good dozen before I knew about it. 3 years to get well. Please hear that. True health does NOT come fast. I had varying degrees of functioning through this time, so don't think you will be dog sick that whole time, but it will take time. It took time to get sick, you just didn't notice it, you will have to notice to get well though.

I remember when I first got sick, I would lie at home and hurt and be tired and cry. Then I forced myself to go to the gym and work out. I would cry through the arobics class it was so painful and colapse when I got home. My aunt said, "why would you do that if it hurts you, why cause yourself pain?" And I responded with "If I do nothing I hurt, at least this way, I am hurting because I DID SOMETHING!!" and that sense of accomplishment got me through. So at least you are feeling crappy now cause you are healing, not getting MORE sick. You know?

As for rectal vs vaginal... personally, I would have to have colon cancer before I would do rectal, but that is me. As a woman, we have an advantage with vaginal insufflation. There is nothing more direct to the lymph. The lymph carries, and cleans out more toxins than the blood. Cleaning the blood is important, but in my opinion, is not the be all and end all. Do as much vaginal as you can. Cleaning your lymph will have a measurable effect on your health very quickly. If you are fine with the rectal, then keep doing it; in my opinion, though, it will not be enough. And why do all those enemas?

If it was me here is what I would do:

1) the liver cleanse as often as needed to clean my liver. It is pointless to dump more toxins into a liver that is already blocked. If you have never cleaned your liver, then it is plugged to some degree.

2) Each ear, 5 minutes daily

3) vaginal insufflation, 30 minutes daily

4) as much ozonated water as I can get down daily

5) ozone steam saunas

6) eliminate dairy, corn and wheat (common allergens)

7) get vega tested to discover hidden allergies

8) aloe vera daily to support my immune system.

Do that for 3-4 months then see how you are feeling.
