Suggestions on how to deal with pain after ear insufflations

Dr. Pressman,

As of yesterday afternoon, my ears which I said weren't bothering me that much started hurting, then the pain really kicked in last night. It even hurts around the ear and to open my jaw. Will the b12 and charcoal, etc work for that as well? How about a warm heating pad? (it seems to help with the pain, but I didn't know if it is making it worse in the long run.

A heating pad is good, as it helps bring blood to the area for healing.
