Duncan, I have gone through 9+ months now of quite bad "healing reactions"
but am now able to tolerate much longer exposure to ozone. The first 4+
months I did bagging, drinking O3 water and ear insufflations mainly,
although also
breathed some and cupped some areas. I had some hellish rashes, swelling and
oozing of legs and arms. I admit that I did overdo at times and really
suffered, sometimes with as little as 30 seconds of exposure.
I then bought a sauna in mid May. I started with 10 minute saunas every 2nd
day if possible and slowly built up to 20 minutes by the time I had done 25
saunas. I decided to stay at 20 minutes every second day until the rashes
started to decrease and which they did by about 45 saunas. I then increase
slowly until 30 minutes every second day - reached yesterday after only 53
saunas without any worse rashes/oozing.
It seems that my body is cleaning out much faster now that I am doing longer saunas which is
logical as there is more ozone to do the job. (Also, of course, increasing from 20 minutes to 22
minutes is only a 10% increase but increasing from 2 to 3 minutes is a 50% increase - much
easier to overdo at the beginning)
My ears are following a similar pattern as I am now able to do 4-5
minutes every day with only a small amount of itching and oozing (I vary the
amount depending on what I have planned for the day both with the ear
insufflation and the sauna so that I am less itchy if we are in company,
etc. :-).
I would like people's opinions on whether they think it would be preferable
now to start doing 15 minutes saunas everyday and slowly work up to 30
minutes daily or is it better to stay with alternate days to give the body a
time to recuperate - Opinions please.
I should add that I am getting quite excited about some of the improvements
I am seeing now that I have got rid of most of what the body (with the ozone)
was getting rid of. I have had an increasing number of lypomas growing over
the years (About 12 when I was 25 years old and of great concern to all my
family and friends, increasing to between 300 and 400 by the time I was 55
years old - no longer any concern to any family or friends as I still look
in great health (simply lumpy - my arms and legs looked like a bunch of
grapes in a pair of pantyhose :-) ) but they were of increasing concern to
me as many doctors had said they could cut them out and see if they were
benign (this didn't interest me) but Dr. Hulda Clark said that every growth
had at it's center a piece of asbestos and it was merely the body
encapsulating the asbestos to protect it from damage by the asbestos - and I kind of thought
that was the best explanation that I had heard although I didn't think it was necessarily only
asbestos that was being
encapsulated. I should mention here that I did build 2 asbestos mines in
Africa and was Engineer on a third one and that asbestos dust sometimes
prevented one from seeing their outstretched hand it was so bad).
I have used my left forearm as my gauge of lumpiness ( too many to count regularly on my whole
body but I had about 40 lumps on my left forearm).
This is now down to about 16 lumps from about 24 six weeks ago. The big ones still look very
big but many of the small ones have disappeared. I do hope that the body or ozone of course can
get rid of the asbestos as I really don't want the asbestos to travel around to other places
where it can cause problems again. They will have a helluva time cremating me when I die. :-)
Also, the "floaties" in my eyes seem to have started to break up. One
particularly heavy/thick one in my left eye has broken up into several
thinner ones that seems to float away and come together again continuously -
seems like progress as it was slightly annoying when I noticed it.
My early morning temperature was always around 96.7-97.2 before I started
ozone but is now usually up around 98 except when I do a liver cleanse, then
it drops back to about 97.0.
My urine ph has also risen from normally around 5.8-6.0 to 6.5-6.7.
I also feel great and seem to be able to remember things better.
It has been a long, slow and sometimes painful journey, but it is definitely
getting better.
Also, I don't get up to pee in the middle of the night anymore unless I
overdo the ozone and the rash wakes me. The doc had told me that I had an
"ample" prostate but saw no reason to test any further, but I was waking 1 or
2 times each night for the past 3-5 years.
Finally, I started writing this a couple of days ago and then did a 30
minute sauna and all hell broke loose - my arms broke out into a pretty bad
rash (although not as bad as earlier). I went back to 20 minutes today and will increase again
every second day until I reach 30 minutes to see my progress.
Bets wishes to all who are trying ozone. I am becoming a bigger and bigger
believer.
Much love to all,
Ken
P.S. I have been doing other things as well just to let you know that I
don't believe ozone is a cure all but it is an important part of the total
picture.
