Dear Kyle,
Certainly ozone therapy would help your knee.
We are currently treating a fellow with an old knee injury
and he has said that after ten sessions it feels better now
than it has in 20 years.
He is taking sauna treatments, with a bag around the limb
and the ozone coming into the bag by silicone tubing. In
your case, you could do it without the sauna, while you are
watching tv or reading a book in the evening.

Dear Bob,
It has helped some people, especially when there are deposits
involved.
Taking Knox gelatin daily is a good way to rebuild the cartilage.
