Saul,
In a recent post elsewhere, I read that with emphysema, the damaged alveoli
donšt grow back; they are essentially burst bubbles, hence total surface
area of the lungs is reduced.
Will ozone cupping on the chest and breathing ozone through olive oil
re-grow the damaged alveoli or stimulate the growth of new ones?
Jack
Dear Jack,
Emphysema is an abnormal condition of the lungs in which there is an overinflation of the air
sacs (alveoli), leading to a breakdown of
their walls, a decrease in respiratory function, and increasing
breathlessness.
Ozone therapy will reverse these symptoms and stimulate the repair
of the alveoli. We have had good success with a number of clients, one
of whom only breathed ozone through olive oil. The usual protocol, however,
is to funnel on the chest, preferably in the ozone sauna.
