Lichen sclerosis, vulvodynia and ozonated oil

Does anyone have any information or experience or knowledge of lichen
sclerosus? a friend's 5 year old niece was just diagnosed with it. It
is a skin condition affecting her genital area. It causes sores,
rash, itching, bruising, etc and is commonly treated with topical
steroid cream, perhaps for the rest of her life. It is listed on one
website as a form of vulvadynia.
