Hi Melissa,
Congratulations on your new baby! How wonderful. What a great time this is. I am a breastfeeding
and ozone fanatic so I might be able to help. Ozone is very good for your baby, as long as he
isn't getting a half and hour of it straight. Doing ozone at the end of a pregnancy is great for
the baby. And at this stage it is also great. Ozone from a sauna will transfer through your
breast milk, this is good though, it makes natures perfect food super charged with incredible
immune enhancing benefits.
For you, with something like candida, you want to get ahead of it and stay that way, because of
course thrush is just another form of candida overgrowth and very common in young babies. So you
want to keep ahead and do enough to stay up on it, but not so much as to induce the full healing
response as toxins we oxidize will be transferred through the breast milk as well. Most breast
feeding experts will suggest you don't do any major detoxing while breastfeeding and I support
that, it is ok to keep up on your work and stay ahead of the candida and you can do this without
dumping too much to your milk.
Rectal will be fine and probably you won't have a lot of transfer of the ozone, vaginal would
really super charge your milk since it is mostly made of lymph.
Good luck you, enjoy your little boy and keep doing your ozone, knowing that what you are doing
is safe and beneficial to your baby,
Sherri-Lee
