In discussing this with a friend, a concern was raised about the
possible dumping of toxins from the tumor into her breast milk. Any
thoughts on this?

Hi I am not Saul but thought I would jump in on this one too.
Whether she treat the lump right now or not, she is dumping a certain amount
of toxins daily into her breast milk and the baby is getting it. Just part
of the process. For example if she has any mercury amalgam fillings in her
mouth, she is excreting mercury toxicity in some amount when ever she eats
and drinks, and so some would be getting into the breast milk. It is the
best food we can give them but it is not 100% void of impurities. Perhaps it
is part of the wonderful creature that are humans. We assume that health is
achieved in a total lack of illness or toxic challenges, yet I would
challenge that health is achieved when a strong system is given the tools it
needs to combat and deal with the toxins encountered.
I would add that generally nursing moms are not encouraged to take on
serious detox cleansing situations. I don't have the feeling that is what we
have here for some reason but even if it is, then this is a unique situation
and done carefully and over time, I am sure she will be able to do it and
continue her nursing relationship.
