For ovarian cysts that are benign, I told my wife to use the ozone saunas because we both feel
that it would help. We were wondering if insufflation would be better or cupping over the
abdomen at the ovary. The doctor busted one today and said that was good because the benign
ones did that.

Yes, cupping on the abdomen when in the ozone sauna would be a good protocol.
