Dear Benzev,
Here is the operating instructions for our ozone steam sauna :
Sonnet II Operating Instructions
The tank holds 12 cups. Five cups will last 30 minutes.
1. Open the doors and slide the seat out.
2. Remove the lid from the water reservoir. Pour in four cups of distilled water
and replace the lid.
3. Slide in the seat at the required height.
4. Place a white cotton towel on the floor, and another long one inside, draped
over the back and down over the seat.
5. Close the doors and cover the neck opening with a third white towel.
6. Plug in the power cord, turn on breaker switch and turn the thermostat all
the way off, and then all the way up to 245 F (120 C). Make sure the red button
is pushed in.
7. Cold water takes 20 minutes to make steam. If the water is boiled first, this
time can be cut in half.
8. Connect the 10' silicon tubing from the ozone generator to the Teflon fitting
on the outside of the door. Hook up the 3' silicon tubing with the funnel to the
Teflon fitting on the inside of the door, if you wish to use that to concentrate
the ozone.
9. Fold the top towel lengthwise in thirds.
10. Remove your clothes and wrap the towel around your neck.
11. Lower the temperature. Turn on the oxygen flow to the ozone generator, at
either 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2 l/m and turn on the generator.
12. Open the doors and sit on the seat. Close the doors and adjust the neck
towel to make a good seal.
13. Do not exceed 30 minutes per session; exit the unit if you feel lightheaded;
drink lots of water
14. Turn off the red breaker switch, and unplug the power cord
15. Tip the Sonnet forward; wipe out excess moisture from the floor and remove
the towels.
Clean often: spray 3% hydrogen peroxide on walls & floor and wipe with a cloth.
And here is a word about the benefits of an ozone steam sauna:
Relaxes and loosens muscles, increasing flexibility
Oxidizes lactic acid, preventing soreness the next day after exercise
Oxidizes adrenaline, producing overall calm
Oxidizes toxins so they can be eliminated through the skin, lungs, kidneys, and
colon
Stimulates vasodilation, boosting circulation in peripheral blood vessels,
relieving pain and speeding healing
Eliminates viral, bacterial, and fungal infections of all kinds
Speeds up the metabolic processes of the inner organs and endocrine glands
resulting in a loss of 200 - 450 calories in a twenty minute session

Dear Gail,
Any steam sauna is going to need to have water containment addressed.
Our ozone sauna in our clinic sits on a carpeted floor. There is no leaking
from the sauna, but when the doors open, there is condensed steam (water)
on the doors, which runs down. We have a boot tray with a towel in it to
catch
that, as well as the first step of a person stepping out of the sauna.
If there is a chance of water leaking on to the floor, a sheet of plastic
will
ensure that it is contained. A simple step of prevention can save an
expensive repair.
And that applies to our bodies as well!
Best of health!
