Is an increased heart rate after an ozone sauna a good thing?

Hi ,
I have recently purchased an ozone sauna- when I use it I always get an
increase in my heart rate- although my BP is ok 120/80- takes me about 5
minutes to calm down
Could some one tell why this happens- and is it dangerous
Is it ok to still use the sauna or should I ease off a bit- I feel great
using it though.

The increase in heart rate is both normal and desirable. It is
a cardiovascular workout without the effort.
