Should you Humidify Ozone before Internal/External Insuffulations?

Dear Richard,

There is no need to humidify ozone before being used INTERNALLY, because the body is 2/3 water anyway.The body absorbs the ozone nicely without humidification. Why do it?

Also, the water will eat up half the ozone, reducing its effect This is an outmoded protocol.

The only time added moisture is required is when applying ozone EXTERNALLY as in doing limb bagging, or cupping with the funnel, where you wet the skin with a warm wet washcloth to open the pores.

Otherwise, forget it.
