1. Does the water in an ozone steam sauna have to be distilled or be
another kind of purified water like reverse osmosis? Can tap water
be used?
2. I've long been a user of oral H2O2. Is it contra-indicated when
drinking ozonated water?
I also wanted to say that since using ozone in a sauna and drinking
ozonated water, I've had a lot more energy...almost too much.
Sometimes it gives me a peaceful and coming effect, but other times it
makes me really active and alert.
I find rectal insufflation to have a really great effect too.
I started ear insufflations again last week and there has been a lot of dry skin that looks like scabbing and a lot of waxy buildup is coming out on the q-tips.

Dear George,
1. Distilled water is best because it has no minerals.
R/O water is next, and tap water is last. Since it speeds things up
to put in hot water, getting a distiller makes sense. Good distillers
can be had for $100 at
www.wholesalewaterdistillers.com
2. Don't do H2O2 and ozonated water together. You might make OH-,
hydroxyl, which is even more powerful than ozone, and is too strong
for medical use.

Dr Pressman,
I don't understand why "standard" tap water should not be used for
saunas. Aren't the minerals, etc, left behind in the boiling pot as the
pure steam enters the sauna? If this steam was condensed instead of
going into the sauna, wouldn't it become distilled water?
Thank you...Hank
Dear Hank,
It is precisely because the minerals are left behind in the
boiler tank where they can degrade the performance of the element,
that distilled water should be used.
