Advantages of Vaginal Insufflation Over Rectal Insufflation

Dear Lanette,

Because of circumstance, we have found vaginal superior to rectal insufflation.
Circumstances are :

1) No enema necessary beforehand
2) No fecal material to worry about
3) Better compliance with the protocol because of #1
4) Entry of ozone into lymph as well as blood stream, which is very beneficial. Women have an advantage over men in this.
5) Insufflation can be carried on for a longer time, therefore more beneficial. My wife will often do 30 minutes at 1/32 l/m, whereas rectal insufflation is hard to get past 20 minutes at the same flow rate.
6) Elimination of candida, which is a big plus.
7) Amelioration of endometriosis
8) Can be used to induce a late period
9) An excellent lead up to pregnancy. However, do not do vaginal DURING pregnancy, as it may cause spotting. Since the cause of the spotting will be unknown, it may lead to invasive investigation, and more trouble. During pregnancy, use a funnel to cup on the abdomen, instead.

Dear Saul,

Why vaginal insufflation, rather than rectal?

Kind regards,

Dear Sue,
When doing vaginal insufflation, about 80% of the ozone goes into the lymph system, where she has the problem. Rectal insufflation goes into the blood system mainly.
