I can only agree that you should try ozone oil.
Myself and the hygiene team here at Bloomsbury have been applying ozone oil to periodontal pockets for the last few months with only favourable results.
I am always amazed by how healthy the site looks on re evaluation.
We place the oil after debridement and of course encourage good plaque control.
We find application is simple with an ultradent syringe and tip just as Mark has recommended.
I recently used the oil on an elderly lady who declined any further treatment for her upper canine that has a severe pocket and suppuration.
I thought it could do no harm so I gave it a go. Although the pocket has not completly resolved there is no pus and the pocket depth has clearly reduced.
We are monitoring our results and all feel that ozone oil is a great, simple adjunct to periodontal therapy.
