Recurring Ear/Sinus Infection

I had a re-curring ear/sinus infection that went on for months,
before I started to use ozone. Treatment started with a z-pak, then
it was amoxicillin 875 mg tid for 14 days, then it was k-tek for ten
days. The problem was never completely cured with the abx. The ozone
has kept the infection seemingly gone for three months now, but I
have a slight swelling in a gland in my neck, and my ears ooze sticky
stuff (are these the exit points for toxins?) I am a nurse, so God
only knows the original source. I have been insufflating my sinuses
by putting the hose in alternating nares, pinch sealing around the
hose and very slowly letting out breath thru my mouth. This seems to
bathe the sinuses in ozone, but it doesn't get in my lungs because of
the slow, continuous, purge of the pharynx. I remove the hose from
whichever nare and use the last bit of air from the lungs to purge
with. Is this harmful?

Dear Todd,
Doing it carefully like that, you will be ok.
The toxins are definitely oozing out your ears.
Toxins are a consequence of living in our modern world.
Thank God we have ozone to get them out of us.
Clever design, that.
