Reparative dentine with Healozone of patient with multiple Active Caries

I've treated a 21 year old dental phobic, who had active caries all
around his mouth. Most of the cavities were large, with soft brown
carious dentine. I didn't remove any caries, but saw him every six
weeks and applied ozone for 60 seconds, and then painted Duraphat
fluoride varnish onto the cavities. This was repeated five times.
Last week I saw him after a six month interval. The lesions had
changed to a very hard glassy consistencey, and the probe slid over
the surface.
He now has no pain and can eat and drink whatever he wants without
even sensitivity. I considered using Fuji V11, but decided he
wouldn't tolerate its removal, if that were required.
He has tolerated the placing of composites on the front teeth, but
the staining does show through to some extent. He has made such good
progress, I'm hopeful that we will be able to place veneers at some
stage.
He also cooperated by changing his diet, particularly giving up fizzy
drinks.
