Success with my asthma

Subject: success with my asthma

I had been very sick all year, coughing, unable to sleep because my lungs were so filled with fluid that I would choke. Oral steroids were the only thing that gave me relief, but my MD took me off them after one week and my symptoms all returned immediately. He wanted to put me on inhaled steroids, I didn't like the idea and decided to order Dr. Pressman's asthma kit instead. I have been doing 30 minutes daily since June. I haven't used my inhaler in three weeks. My hacking cough is gone. The fluid and rattling are gone. I have also noticed that some of my food sensitivities have been reduced. Being able to breathe well has helped me feel better overall.

I was wondering. The olive oil has never solidified. If I wanted to use some of it would I scoop some out after one of the sessions and put it in the fridge? Or would I have to wait until it solidifies?

Also, should I slowly reduce the treatments now, is it harmful to continue? At what rate should I decrease?

Dear Pat,

Glad to hear of your recovery!

The oil sometimes doesn't thicken, for whatever reason. You could put it into another jar and refrigerate it and that would make it thicken up. Then put fresh oil in the bubbler.

Continue on with the treatments, but space them out. Try every other day for 2 weeks, then every third day for 2 weeks. Then stop and see how your lungs are.

Best of health!
